Kickstart Services - Our most popular professional service offering aimed at ramping up your resources as quickly as possible on the Mu-4000 and increasing speed to adoption is our Kick-Start Services. During our two day kick-start, one or more of our Professional Service consultants will be on-site to assist your team with the initial installation and configuration of the Mu-4000, up to and including running an initial analysis against a live application target within their native environment. Kick-Start services are most often used in conjunction with Mu Dynamics Live or Virtual Training Services.

Process
In order for a service assurance solution to be effective and efficient, it needs to be embedded into the existing product development or service deployment environment. Mu Dynamics offer 2 independent service offers to assist customers with achieving this goal.
Analysis Methodology Development – Targeted at assisting network operators and their vendor suppliers in developing and documenting a standardized process for performing product deployment and SDLC best practices through the use of the Mu-4000 and any existing systems, tools and process in use within their environment for both service modeling and monitoring.
Mu Dynamics’ Service Assurance Methodology
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Integration and Automation – UAT integration and automation services from Mu help customers with integration of the Mu-4000 solution into their existing product/service deployment and SDLC product environments. This may include integration of the Mu-4000 into an existing UAT harness and subsequent integration with third-party software (via the Mu remote automation interface) for the purpose of analysis automation to improve process time, cost and efficiencies.
