Kickstart Services
Two-day hands-on program to help customers quickly leverage the Mu Test Suite to discover and eliminate software weaknesses that undermine revenue-generating services and network infrastructure. Mu Test Suite automation, monitoring and reporting of application, product or service weakness are all covered to ensure the new customer is familiar with the Mu solution’s automated workflow. Six months after initial Mu usage, license renewal, or the purchase of a new feature, Mu now offers its Health Check Service. Engagement Management
Mu Dynamics and our professional services partner, Securicon manage all Professional Services engagements in a pragmatic and structured manner.
Mu Dynamics’ Professional Services deliver lessons learned through extensive successful product deployment experience at leading network operators as well as their vendors and suppliers. Mu’s Professional Services engagements are managed through three specific phases:
- Engagement Planning: Engagements typically begin during an engagement planning call. This call ensures that Mu Dynamics and its customers share a common understanding of the project’s requirements and scope, methods of delivery utilized throughout the engagement, resources required, and the engagement schedule.
- Engagement Accountability: Mu Dynamics remains fully accountable to the customer throughout Professional Services engagements. The assigned engagement manager will consult with the customer to establish a schedule and communications medium for status updates before, during and after a Professional Services engagement.
- Engagement Review Process: All Professional Services deliverables are subject to a rigorous internal review process to ensure the highest level of quality. Upon completion of an engagement review process, final versions of all documents are made available to the customer in both electronic and printed format.
