Note: When requesting support via phone or on-line, please be prepared to provide the following information for opening a new case:

  1. Serial number
  2. Detailed explanation of the problem experienced
  3. Severity level and impact of the problem being reported
  4. Events leading up to or activities being performed when the problem occurred
  5. Export log files around the time the reported problem occurred (WebUI
    under Admin>Setup>Export Logs)
  6. Mu Dynamics software version (WebUI under System>Status)
