Studio Verify

Studio Verify enables customers to quickly, accurately, and thoroughly test their IP service for Functionality and Interoperability. For the first time, Studio Verify allows customers to create tests rapidly from a rich set of inputs:

• Using their own content (either from network traffic or using the Mu Scenario Language (MuSL))
• Using community generated content (e.g., from www.pcapr.net)
• Using Mu-provided content

Studio Verify can take this content as a starting point and rapidly generate test cases that thoroughly test the service for Functionality and Interoperability. There are built in functions within the Mu Test Suite that can auto-generate hundreds of tests from one original sample test scenario derived from the customer’s network environment. The tests thus created are completely accurate and representative of what one might expect in the real network.

The Studio Verify module transforms the customer’s capability for testing the Functional and Interoperability aspects of the service in the following situations:

1. Create Functional tests for new services and applications
2. Impersonate other vendor systems for Interoperability Testing
3. Quickly recreate field issues

The tests can be run against clients, against servers or against a target system in the middle with the Mu emulating both the client and the server. Using this module, testing is made more accurate, more thorough, faster, and cheaper, than ever before.
